From check in to check out, and accounts thereafter, the product can record and report on all guest activities and transactions whilst staying or visiting the hotel, in all of the following areas:

  • Reservations – Room bookings

Customisable workflow prompters, enable you prompt the operator to ask questions to obtain all required information, depending on the answer and associated action assigned to the prompter will depend on next step/prompt which the operator will automatically be taken to as a result of the intelligent automated design of the application. Confirmation letters are automatically produced at the touch of a button and can be emailed or printed.

  • Conference and Events – Conference room bookings and events

All conference and event bookings can be made from a single screen, all rooms and associated services can be automatically assigned and confirmation letters and contracts can be either emailed or printed at the touch of a button. Using the drag and drop facility, conference and events can be move to a different location and or time, and all relevant changes within the booking will be automatically adjusted.

  • EPOS – Restaurant / Bar management

The easy to navigate point of sale (POS) application is again fully customizable and enables the operators to easily input information and orders, and take payments, allowing them to concentrate on their customers. The POS system has been designed to include a customer relationship management system, enabling the restaurant / hotel to provide a truly bespoke visit to returning customers, capturing such information at special occasion dates, food eaten, wine drunk and total spend.

  • Restaurant Diary – Table reservations and management

The electronic restaurant diary enables easy access to table reservations from anywhere in the hotel, without the need to track down a paper copy. The restaurant diary is more than just a diary, it enable the operator to record details of when the quest arrived, when the had aperitifs, when they were seated at the table.

  • Spa – Manage spa treatments, spa staff and treatment rooms, product sales

The Spa application has been written to manage every possible aspect of running a modern day spa, enabling the hotel or spa to record guest photos, and usage stats. The software will enable you to book treatments, manage therapists, therapy rooms, and stock sales. Easy access to historical data will enable you to perform targeted marketing for any special events you may hold in the future. As product x has been written as a single integrated application all spa related treatments can be booked at the time of taking a reservation, without the need to exit and go into a separate application.

  • Golf – Manage Tee times, golf memberships and handicaps

The Golf application as with the Spa application has been written to manage every aspect of running the golf course; booking Tee times, handicaps and membership renewals. Again as this is a single integrated application, Tee times can be booked at the time of taking the reservation, without the need to exit and go into a separate application. At the touch of a button you can again produce mail shots to either send out promotions or membership renewals.

  • Loyalty – Manage customer loyalty schemes throughout all of the above

Apply loyalty schemes automatically (like discounts on specific products for specific time periods), manage loyalty cards and loyalty ledger without the need for any processing using other tools like spreadsheets. Produce statements on line from the tills and keep a detailed record of all purchases real time.

  • Sales Ledger – Report on any aspect of the hotel revenue

On line Sales Ledger without any need to manually or semi-automatically transfer data between different systems. Payment processing, Ledger facilities, Statement printouts and automatic reminding letters are part of this module.

The above modules are complemented by a complete and comprehensive set of reports which can be also emailed or exported to PDF or Excel.
