An e-support request can be initiated from two locations:
- The application:
- The website (hart-pms.com)
In the first option, the users can log on a support request from
their working environment without leaving the application. The reply is returned
as a message in HART-PMS so the entire process is handled by the system itself
without the need of a third party system or program or website.
In the second option, the users can log on a support request
from this website by
logging in
to the customer portal. The reply is returned
to the website and is available through the portal. This option is designed
in case a support call needs to be logged either from a remote location where
the user has no access to HART.
